Exercise is essential for proper rest

We do exercise for good health but I think that exercise is necessary for taking proper rest. When we do exercise after taking exercise .we feel tiredness and our muscles need relax and collect energy from food eaten by us .the food is properly digested and gives us proper amount of every nutrients required for our body. In morning time our body fuel refreshes after taking exercise and get proper energy for doing the whole day work. But exercise at night will give you proper sleep and deep thought of your soul.
