PHYSICAL FITNESS

The body structure of boys is very hard and can bear more stiff exercise like jogging and running. There is a great need of stamina in continuous jogging and running. there can be a great benefit for those who have stamina for running and jogging continously for at least one hour a day. I find that boys are able to do one hour long exercise and talking because their body has more power and energy for doing this. Aerobics and yoga are for those who want to live a very healthy and smooth life. In simple word jogging and running a good exercise for boys. There must be physical education activity in school syllabus. In European countries exercise and physical fitness are integral part of education therefore they win gold medals in Olympic games because their children gets physical fitness training since birth.
